Ange Toscano's mouth watering Shediac lobster pasta recipe is devine. I recently had the privilege of visiting Ange Toscano's beautiful home in Vancouver B.C. She treated me to an exquisite lobster/pasta dish that I am still dreaming about! The lobster pasta was simply created, beautifully plated and gratefully enjoyed!
Thanks to Ange's recent trip to a small sea side town named Shediac, in New Brunswick (Canada). We were able to thoroughly enjoy this beautiful Italian seafood recipe. By the way, Shediac Lobster Company is located in the lobster capital of the world!! Their lobster is harvested fresh, seal packed and flash frozen! I should get some free lobster for that plug regarding Shediac lol). Hats off to her nephew, Bill Sowerby, who works at the facility, for sharing his knowledge of the industry with her!
I love the way that the simple ingredients Ange chose to add to this seafood / pasta dish, did not take away the coveted, unique flavour of the lobster!
