Oceans Eleven Clam Linguine recipe is quick and easy to make, yet boasts delicious flavor. Jeffrey says it should taste like the sea therefore he dives into the ocean to get his own fresh clams! He lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada therefore I think he is full of it, wouldn't you agree! He is my husband's brother and I am quite sure Jeff is an Italian wanna be. In a sauce pan, saute the below ingredients until the onion is soft
Add in the following, simmering 20-30 minutes
5 cans of baby calms, Drain them in a colander, reserving 1 cup of the clam nectar, add to sauce.
375 gram package of Linguine Boil in salted water until al dente.
Add clams into sauce, simmer until heated through but not overheated.
Serve over individually plated linguine. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh grated pepper.
