Wow is the only word to describe this amazing Italian Chicken Chili Recipe . It is one of my favorite fall time Italian chicken recipes. So flavorful, so comforting, with just the right amount of spiciness. In fact, I'm making it right now!
My Italian chicken chili recipe is low in fat as well as having some great health benefits with red and yellow peppers, zucchini and chickpeas also known as garbanzo beans. It is excellent topped with a four Italian cheese blend such as, Mozzarella, Provolone, Gouda and Parmesan, made by Saputo and found in most supermarkets. Also, a sharp grated cheddar cheese is tasty as well.
Note: Of course to keep it low fat, lay off the cheese!
